At PONY, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your PONY account and select the order you wish to return to generate your unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
